Impact Universal Ltd was established in 1994 by Mary Lacey, who brought a wealth of experience, skill and talent to the organisation. We have over 900 actors on our books, and we also boast impressive and experienced Artistic, Technical, Sales and Administration teams.

Situated in the picturesque village of Honley, our purpose designed ImpAct building is the perfect setting for producing the high quality work our clients expect and receive. We are always looking to move into new markets and try out new ideas.

Each year since its conception, ImpAct has grown. In 2001 we moved into much bigger premises to facilitate our growing workload. But we have never lost sight of our most important asset - quality. Every single tour, workshop, presentation or production is thoroughly reviewed before we let it out on the road.

Our reputation for not only being reliable, but also exceeding our client's expectations is something we are deservedly proud of. And we aim to keep it that way.
